In 2026 we evolved from startup accelerator to AI-native company builder, giving founders startup-trained AI agents, personalized weekly sprints, and access to early investment at global scale. The Opportunity

There are few better vantage points on the entire global startup ecosystem than the Founder Institute, and that ecosystem is about to grow exponentially. Our programs run in-time-zone and in-language through Local Leaders who build startup ecosystems in their own regions. As Regional Success Manager, you are their partner and their advocate, the person who helps chapters launch, grow, and succeed. You will see the full arc of what it takes to build companies across 100+ countries, and you will have a direct line into our investor network and the global venture capital it connects to. When a region thrives, it is because someone made sure its leaders had the playbooks, support, and momentum to get there. That someone is you.

About the Role

the success of a portfolio of regions and their Local Leaders. You will work closely with our operations, admissions, and marketing teams, and serve as the main point of contact for the leaders running chapters in your regions. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with core hours of 7 AM to Noon Pacific Time for team overlap and live events.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a portfolio of regions, guiding Local Leaders from launch through program delivery and graduation.
• Onboard and support new Local Leaders, sharing playbooks and best practices.
• Monitor program health across your regions, tracking enrollment, founder progress, graduation rates, and demo day outcomes.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for your Local Leaders, unblocking issues and connecting them to the right resources.
• Use AI agents to draft communications, build reports, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Share successful strategies across regions to enhance overall program performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regional needs are met.
• Track and report on regional performance to raise the bar for every program.

Requirements

Required:

• Availability during core hours of 7 AM to Noon Pacific Time.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship management skills across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills to track and improve outcomes.
• Internet and computer savvy, comfortable using AI tools.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of customer success, account management, community, or program management experience.
• Knowledge of startup accelerators and the venture capital world.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, online CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
