Norway, Oslo: TotalCtrl, a Founder Institute Oslo portfolio company, today announced a partnership with one of the most seasoned and respected restaurateurs in South Africa, Aki Hadjipetros, to optimize restaurant operations. Aki’s Barazza Restaurant in Bryanston will trial TotalCtrl’s kitchen inventory solution for 6 months, beginning July 2021.
The partnership is a result of industry requests to make restaurants more efficient and help restaurant owners focus on their recipes and concepts instead of tedious admin tasks. Aki Hadjipetros, CEO at Barazza Restaurant, said in a statement,
