Bogota is becoming one of the best places to build a startup, but most of the early-stage entrepreneurs we speak to aren't aware of the local tech resources that are available to help them.

With applications for the Bogota Founder Institute now open, we're excited to release an updated version of the Bogota Startup Resource Guide, which is currently in v3 below! It was developed by the Bogota Founder Institute and local leaders: Carlos Ortegon, Felipe Rivera [www.linkedin.com/in/feliperiverareina] (Head Entrepreneur, Estratek Ventures S.A.S), Guillermo Guzman [https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillermo-guzman-a40aa523] (.General Partner, Indio VC), Julian Arango, Maria Camila Ortegón [linkedin.com/in/maria-camila-ortegón-méndez] (Corporate lawyer, Medellin City Hall), Nelson Irias [https://www.linkedin.com/in/nelson-irías-n-69705b60/] (Serial entrepreneur, DataLabs).

This is just a draft, and while we spent many hours on this research, more input is needed. Please leave your comments on this collaborative Google document to help us complete the list. There are definitely omissions on this current version.
