With the new Denver Founder Institute semester just around the corner, we are excited to announce another partnership with a great local organization: Silicon Flatirons. Through this partnership, Silicon Flatiron members can apply to the program for free ($50 value), and also the most extraordinary applicant from Silicon Flatirons will be awarded the Silicon Flatirons Fellowship, giving them the opportunity to enroll in the program for free ($500+ value).
The Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary research center at the University of Colorado Law School. Silicon Flatirons' core mission is to elevate the debate surrounding technology policy issues; support and enable entrepreneurship in the technology community; and inspire, prepare, and place students in these important areas.
In order to be eligible for the Silicon Flatirons Fellowship for the Denver Summer 2013 Semester, you must complete your application and Admissions Test by 11:59pm on Wednesday, July 3rd, at http://fi.co/join/flatirons. However, the earlier you apply, the better your chances.
The recipient of the Fellowship will be awarded within 72 hours after the Early Application Deadline, and will be recognized as a member of the Silicon Flatirons community with the utmost potential to become a successful technology entrepreneur.
If you are thinking about launching a company in Colorado, and could use expert training, feedback, and support from experienced founders, then the Founder Institute may be a good option for you. This part-time, four-month training program will be led by some of Denver's most successful entrepreneurs, including Jim Franklin, Jon Nordmark, Mike Stemple, Gary Gaessler, Adam Swiecki, and more. Plus, sessions are held at night so you don't have to quit your day job.
