ServeHappy Jobs, an online job matching platform, recently won the Techtonic Startup Arena pitching competition held in the Philippines. The company was founded by Audrey Tanco Uy who graduated from the Manilla Founder Institute. This Techtonic win is the second big-win in a row for the new tech startup. ServeHappy Jobs also won the Seedstars World contest at the Philippines leg of the contest.

ServeHappy won 10,000 dollars, equity-free funding, mentorship, and other prizes with their Techtonic win. The company plans to use its newly acquired capital to enhance product development and boost their digital marketing efforts. Commenting on the big Techtonic win, "This will certainly help us in our runway. We are actually bootstrapping now and it’s definitely going to be a big push for our team,” Uy said. The startup only launched last year in August of 2016, and they have already received 50,000 dollars in seed funding from undisclosed investors and have won two high-profile startup competitions.

ServeHappy Jobs offers employers and job-seekers a unique new employment experience. The application allows employers to post a job opening in a few simple steps. After a job is posted by an employer, the ServeHappy targeting software finds the best possible candidates available for the job opening. ServeHappy jobs also has an intuitive chatbot that can talk with and interview prospective employees at any time. When employers find a candidate they like they can hire them. The massive reach of ServeHappy Jobs will ensure that any business is always fully staffed with the highest quality talent for the jobs.

ServeHappy also allows employers and job-seekers alike to take advantage of the powerful social media platform Facebook. Employers can post jobs via Facebook and candidates can view them and apply for them directly through Facebook. Facebook allows you to reach a wider pool of potential candidates via shares and likes.

ServeHappy's Active-Targeting to Passive Audience technology can help businesses find quality candidates who are not even looking for them or their job-openings. The technology precisely identifies potential candidates who can then be reached out to by the company in question. Sometimes the best possible candidates already have a job and are not actively looking for a new opportunity until it is offered to them. ServeHappy Jobs gives employers the ability to do just that.

The application also provides recruiters with an intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard so they can easily screen candidates. This powerful tool allows recruiters to read resumes, view a candidate's social media presence, and schedule an interview all from a single page. The dashboard also shows recruiters info-graphics and data on how their recruitment campaigns are performing online.

One of the best things that ServeHappy offers companies is the ability to scale their service based on their needs. Small-businesses are not going to need as much service as a large company. ServeHappy offers a variety of service plans so that business can scale the service to their needs and not pay too much for services that they don't require.

Despite the fact that the company is still in its startup stage they have already impressed customers with the ease and power of their service. Here is what a few major customers had to say about ServeHappy, "Easy to use and very intuitive. The dashboard has streamlined our hiring process and the direct link to social media gave us in-depth insight of the applicants," Leonides Peña of PAL Express.

"I’m very amazed on how they were able to bring us a large pool of quality applicants in a very short period of time. Servehappy is everything we need for all our hiring campaign," said Andre J.A.D. Alip of Hotel h2o & Manila Ocean Park.

The sky is truly the limit for this new startup, as they are capable of servicing almost any industry's hiring needs for companies both large and small and everywhere in-between.
