The Washington DC Founder Institute, the local chapter of the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, is proud to announce the newest Alumni from the Washington DC Fall 2024 program.

After meticulous selection process and intense four months of aggressive business-building sprints, constant evaluation, and feedback from investors and mentors, just 7 companies were able to make it through.

Each of these Founders have demonstrated a high level of perseverance and creativity, and their businesses have been thoroughly vetted and supported by a panel of Washington DC's top startup experts and investors.

And now, without further ado, we present the Alumni of the Washington DC program:

  • Infomachines Limited - A fundraising platform for emerging fund managers in developing markets, offering back-office support, fundraising assistance, access to LPs, industry partnerships, and spin-out opportunities to commercialize academic research.
  • EnviroScore - An AI-powered platform addressing greenwashing by combining independent product scoring with gamification, enabling eco-conscious consumers to make verified sustainable choices and build virtual ecosystems.
  • BarnWiz Inc. - An app that connects equestrians with local professionals for riding lessons, horse training, boarding, and equine therapy, streamlining bookings and payments to modernize the industry and foster life-changing human-horse connections.
  • FLUIDIS -  Empowering mid-sized tech companies to retain top talent and stay competitive with AI-powered, competency-based organizational charts that align roles with business strategies and embed live market insights into KPIs.
  • Coffee Sayer Inc - Blending AI-driven coffee readings with a culturally inspired daily ritual, fostering mental clarity, emotional resilience, and global community engagement through a shared experience.
  • Zumlo - A mental well-being platform that integrates generative AI and evidence-based practices to provide personalized, holistic support for individuals and innovative tools for healthcare providers, fostering sustained mental health and balanced lifestyles.
  • Pairwire - An AI-powered B2B SaaS platform that accelerates commercial due diligence for M&A-active organizations by standardizing and streamlining financial and market data analysis, enabling consultants to deliver reports twice as fast and at 25% lower internal costs.

The Washington DC Fall 2024 program would not have been possible without help, because it truly takes a city to raise a startup.
