
The Uganda Founder Institute, the local chapter of the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, is proud to announce the newest Alumni from the Uganda 2025 program.
After meticulous selection process and intense four months of aggressive business-building sprints, constant evaluation, and feedback from investors and mentors, just 13 companies were able to make it through.
Each of these Founders have demonstrated a high level of perseverance and creativity, and their businesses have been thoroughly vetted and supported by a panel of Uganda's top startup experts and investors.
And now, without further ado, we present the Alumni of the Uganda program:
- Solver Tribe Africa - Connecting life sciences companies in Africa with top-tier statistics and data management experts for project-based consulting and training.
- Studionomak Ltd- Simplifying construction material sourcing in Kenya, enabling Mid - sized Contractors/Project Managers to build the shell of their structure starting from bare land.
- Amashami - Assisting enterprising refugees and refugee firms who are currently trading and operating inside the refugee camps, through business development services.
- Inuka Ongoza Africa (INOZA) Limited - Equipping young professionals with leadership skills by making top executive leadership training and tools available to young men and women, supporting a frog leaping to success.
- Tranzio Co. - An online app for 25 to 45-year-old Africans offering automated micro-deductions to build medical savings pools for as low as $5, leveraging mobile and financial infrastructures to address under-saving for retirement medical expenses.
- Jetpac Africa - Providing locally manufactured, sustainable paper takeaway packaging to medium and large restaurants in East Africa, helping them improve cash flow, reduce supply chain risks, and minimize environmental impact.
- Kilonova Technologies Limited - Employing blockchain technology to streamline farm record management, empowering farmers with enhanced funding accessibility through efficient data organization for donors and lenders.
- SCHaiR - Developing AI-powered immersive training simulations that prepare UN peacekeepers and military personnel for complex conflict scenarios, reducing operational risks and saving lives in volatile deployment environments.
- EASY RIDE ACCIDENT SOLUTIONS LTD - A B2B web-based platform that provides support services to insurance and corporate companies in Uganda.
- RecycleHub - Developing a mobile platform that helps individuals, businesses, and communities track their plastic and electronic waste footprint, order recycling services for hard-to-recycle waste materials, and access a marketplace for eco-friendly alternatives.
- Kanyakla EcoFarms - Empowering rural women and youth in Western Kenya with fruit tree-based agroforestry, using climate-smart tools and sustainable markets to regenerate land, increase incomes, and fight poverty through inclusive, carbon-sequestering farming.
- PANACEA - Making hospitals safer by using simple scan-and-check bands that help doctors and nurses confirm each patient’s medicine is correct before giving it.
- JOMAH FINANCE - Providing credit, savings, and investment solutions tailored for individuals and businesses in Uganda, starting in Hoima.

In the Founder Institute's pre-seed accelerator program, early-stage entrepreneurs and teams build their business alongside a critical support network of local startup experts that share equity in their success, and through a structured and challenging business-building process that has helped alumni raise over $1.85BN.
After Graduation, the new Uganda Founder Institute Portfolio Companies now have a fast-growing company that has been fully validated by experienced startup founders, with access to the Founder Institute's global network and post-graduate support programs to continue building their business.
Leaders of the world’s fastest-growing startups have used the Founder Institute to raise funding, building a co-founding team, get into seed-accelerators, generate traction, recruit a team, build a product, transition from employee to entrepreneur, and more. Based in Silicon Valley and with chapters across 200+ cities and 100+ countries, the Founder Institute’s mission is to Globalize Silicon Valley and empower talented and motivated entrepreneurs to build companies that will create one million new jobs.
