Founder Institute San Francisco Virtual 2021 Produces 16 New Cannabis+Tech Startups

The San Francisco Founder Institute, the local chapter of the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, is proud to announce the newest Alumni from the San Francisco Virtual 2021 program, a cohort focused in part on Bay Area cannabis startups.

Over 290 people applied to the Virtual 2021 SF program, and after an intense four months of aggressive business-building sprints and constant evaluation and feedback from investors and mentors, just 16 companies were able to make it through.

The new San Francisco portfolio alumni invite members of the public to join them for a virtual cohort graduation online event on Tuesday, June 22nd, which will feature special guest Paul Rosen, Executive Chairman of Global Go.

Each of these Founders have demonstrated a great level of perseverance and creativity, and their businesses have been thoroughly vetted and supported by a panel of San Francisco's top startup experts and investors.

After Graduation, the new San Francisco Founder Institute Portfolio Companies now have a fast-growing company that has been fully validated by experienced startup founders, with access to the Founder Institute's global network and post-graduate support programs to continue building their business.
