The New York Founder Institute, the local chapter of the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, is proud to announce the newest Alumni from the New York Spring 2025 program.

After meticulous selection process and intense four months of aggressive business-building sprints, constant evaluation, and feedback from investors and mentors, just 9 companies were able to make it through.

Each of these Founders have demonstrated a high level of perseverance and creativity, and their businesses have been thoroughly vetted and supported by a panel of New York's top startup experts and investors.

And now, without further ado, we present the Alumni of the New York program:

  • HealUp  A digital care platform and virtual surgical assistant helping physicians and surgeons guide patients from pre-op to full recovery.
  • SettleWise Inc - Providing a centralized web and mobile app for newly arrived Latino immigrants in the U.S. to navigate complex, disconnected Settlement services and build a successful new beginning.
  • Uppership - A subscription-based 3PL built exclusively for small e-commerce brands, solving high logistics costs and complexity with simple, scalable, and brand-friendly fulfillment.
  • CHVLRY - Making intelligent sex toys that listen to their users and respond in real time to their biofeedback, providing a more intimate and organic sexual experience.
  • Cozy Leaf - Providing an innovative, user-friendly menstrual cup designed to enhance menstrual comfort and hygiene, addressing common usability issues and combating period poverty globally with its unique, patent-filed features.
  • ScreenGeni.us, Inc. - Enabling access to a $2T+ growing market across streaming, adtech, and related industries, targeting 1,100+ core B2B customers.
  • CompeteEdge - Providing AI-powered feature detection software that helps Customer Success SaaS product teams automatically track competitor capabilities to prevent lost deals from competitive blindspots.
  • Blawnt - An AI-first SaaS platform to help restaurant franchisors uncover and stop revenue leakage hidden across their supply chain.
  • Emma Advisor - Delivering personalized, AI-powered guidance so they know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to help their child stand out.

The New York Spring 2025 program would not have been possible without help, because it truly takes a city to raise a startup.
