Our mission is for 80% of our portfolio companies to be building businesses that make progress on the SDGs, and we aim to add at least 10 more hires in 2021 to help us achieve this goal.

Positions for Founder Institute's Core Program
The Founder Institute is the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, with chapters in over 90 countries and over 5,000 portfolio companies. New team members will help us grow our network and help our portfolio companies and local chapters be successful.
We are offering remote entry-level, mid-level and senior positions across the globe, including;
- Bookkeeper - Assist the Director of Finance with the operations of the business.
- Marketing Manager, Conversion & Copywriting - Help us expand our reach through conversion and content marketing.
- Portfolio Success Manager - Run our "post-programs" and help our portfolio companies grow.
- Regional Manager - Help our Local Leaders run great accelerator programs.
Positions for our "VC Lab" Program
The Founder Institute is also hiring multiple roles in venture capital that develop investor and operator experience. New team members will help to launch venture capital firms all around the world as part of the growing VC Lab program (https://GoVCLab.com).
The VC Lab program has a mission to launch 1,000 new venture capital funds by 2025, so there are opportunities to join portfolio funds, as well.
We are offering entry-level, mid-level and senior positions in Silicon Valley starting immediately, including:
- Fund Accounting Associate - Provide accounting support to portfolio funds.
- Fund Operations Associate - Provide account management to portfolio funds.
- Fund Legal Associate - Provide legal support during and after fund formation.
