This past weekend, Founder Institute co-hosted City of Zagreb Hackathon, alongside the Development agency of the City of Zagreb. The event was open to anyone with an idea, or to anyone interested in contributing to tools that can better connect residents with the City of Zagreb's services. The goal was to collaboratively create and build solutions using publicly released data, code and technology, while bringing together like-minded Zagreb techies and innovators.

The top hackathon participants are eligible for various prizes, including Audience Choice. Even if you didn't attend the Hackathan, you can still checkout the demos here. Vote by "Liking" your favorite app and the app with the most Likes will be win the "Audience Choice" award.

Justin Wilcox, Founder of Customer Dev Labs and Silicon Valley Startup mentor, led workshops leading up to the Hackathon and represented the Founder Institute at the main event. To hear more from Justin, join him Thursday, November 14 for Lean Startup Modeling 101. This event is free and open to anyone interested in startups and entrepreneurship in Zagreb. Seating is extremely limited - RSVP here
