After a succesful foray into the Vietnamese market with our Hanoi 2011 Semester, we are excited to launch our second Vietnamese city, and 25th overall location: Ho Chi Minh City. 

If you or someone you know could benefit from expert training and feedback to launch a technology startup in Vietnam, click here to apply. Final Applications are due Sunday, May 13th, but the sooner you apply, the better your chance of acceptance. 

The 4-month program will run from May 22nd until August 28th, with sessions every Tuesday night. The Founder Institute is open to existing and prospective technology founders of all kinds - with or without an idea, young or old, and with a full-time job or unemployed.

The Ho Chi Minh city program will be led by Local Leaders from the TOPICA Education Group
