1. Latin American entrepreneurs are the hardest working in the world (by far).
- LATAM ranks as the #1 region in the world for "Conscientiousness"
- LATAM is 14.28% more conscientious than the global average, 10.32% more than Europe, 27.98% more than N. America (16.08% more than Silicon Valley), and 11.17% more than Asia.
- Conscientiousness is a "Big Five" personality trait that measures somebody's responsibility, industriousness, and propensity for being thorough, careful, or vigilant.
2. Latin American entrepreneurs are the second least extraverted in the world.
- LATAM ranks as the second last region in the world for extraversion (Entrepreneurs from Africa ranked last).
- LATAM is 8.18% less extraverted than the global average, 13.83% less than Europe, 7.36% less than N. America (14.82% less than Silicon Valley), and 9.76% less than Asia. Only Africa has lower extraversion.
- Extraversion is another "Big 5" trait, and extraverted people generally display high energy, assertiveness, and sociability.
