With this updated curriculum, enrolled Founders can launch companies that win major global pitch competitions, raise notable capital and become local leaders in respective startup ecosystems worldwide - all in less than four months.
Thousands of hours and dozens of leading startup thinkers have contributed to the release of the most recent curriculum, Version 4. The work took nearly a year to complete with a team of people spending dozens of hour per week on the various nuances.

Advanced Founder Support - The curriculum has a track that allows Founders that are further along with a company and even a minimum viable product to benefit from FI’s extensive mentorship, structure and network.

Ideation and Validation Paradigm - The curriculum splits the Founders that need to work extensively on ideation from the more advanced Founders that need to work on validation, creating two tracks in the beginning of the program.

Ideation Flow - Founders that are still exploring different ideas are taken through a greatly improved ideation flow to explore and narrow down to one idea that they will pursue.

The Customer Problem - The premise that a Founder might pursue an abstract idea for a business has been replaced with having the Founders focus on a customer problem, which allows Founders to create real world solutions and even secure sales during the program.

Expanded Customer Development - Founders are now encouraged to spend most of the time during the first third of the program working closely with potential customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to those needs.

Growth Engine - Top line and bottom line growth are a major focus of the program in the second two thirds of the program, which has lead to companies graduating with a large set of users, paying customers and even notable revenues.

Advisory Board - The formation and management of Advisory Boards has been re-designed from the ground up to ensure that every company graduates with a strong group of top Advisors that are present to help the business scale over time.

Financial Literacy - The requirements for financial literacy have been improved in the curriculum, having Founders work on financials more regularly throughout the curriculum and secure financial support services, such as a professional accountant and regular bookkeeping.

Time to Success - The speed to success after graduating from the program has been reduced through a meticulous re-design of the last third of the curriculum, ensuring that Graduates are able to raise capital three months after the program is over at the new Impact Deadline.

Founding Round - A carefully crafted process to raise capital from friends and family through a new Founding Round structure has been introduced to the last third of the curriculum, allowing more Founders to raise capital during the program.

Progress Updating - The development of the business and the growth of the Founder is more meticulously tracked and communicated with various stakeholders through a series of carefully designed communications that have been improved in the curriculum.

Business Calendar - Founders are encouraged to create a detailed calendar of all major business events and plans during the program and for 12 months afterwards, creating a powerful roadmap for the initial success of the business.

Success Visualization - Founders are encouraged to carefully reflect upon and visualize what the success of the ensuing business looks like, allowing them to take their drea company and turn it into reality.
