As the Washington DC Fall 2023 Founder Institute cohort gets underway, join this VIP event for the DMV startup ecosystem, mentors, VCs, angel investors and partners. The event will start with a fireside chat featuring experts to discuss financial tools - such as SAFE and Convertible Note - cap table, corporate structuring and critical legal topics. After the chat there will be a quick introduction to the newest batch of Washington DC Founders, followed by an open networking session with top local entrepreneurs, advisors, and investors from the Founder Institute network.
