Looking to build a team and monetize a product while on a Coronavirus budget? Learn how to manage a strong and remote team as well as find product-market fit from Sam Udotong, the Co-Founder and CTO of Fireflies.ai. This quintessentially scrappy founder turned down Harvard Business School to build a startup, and today manages a team that operates out of 3 continents and raised $5 million in seed funding in late 2019.
About the Speaker
A full-stack engineer and guest lecturer for Stanford’s introductory AI classes, Sam Udotong looks to create change in everyday life. He is an expert in deploying deep learning in large scale projects, from training autonomous drones while president of MIT’s UAV team to optimizing satellite maintenance systems at Boeing and Lockheed Martin. At MIT he studied computer science and aerospace engineering.
