Start Local Go Global

Start Local Go Global is a special edition of the Founder Institute’s early stage acceleration program, in partnership with JUPTER, which is geared towards aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders looking to build global companies. 

Mentors from all over Brazil, Latin America, USA, Canada and other regions of the world are invited to offer feedback and guidance to founders. These experts come with previous experience in building successful companies and some have internationalized their businesses. Program participants will also be introduced to some of the most active investors in the JUPTER AdVentures super angel network who are specifically interested in looking at globally positioned early stage startups in Brazil. This exclusive edition also includes a vast network of local and international partner organizations that act as key resources & globalization opportunities for founders. This 3.5 month program will take place in Florianopolis and is entirely operated in the English language. We're passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to build companies they can be proud of, so we want to hear from you!  

Who Are We?

The Start Local Go Global Program is in Partnership between the Founder Institute & JUPTER.

The Founder Institute (FI) is the world’s largest pre-seed accelerator and startup launch program. Through a challenging and rigorous curriculum, we provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the structure, training, mentor feedback, global network, and lifetime of support needed to start an enduring company. FI operates in nearly 200 cities (10+ in Brazil) having helped over 3000+ entrepreneurs (150+ in Brazil) launch startups, which together are worth over US$30B. Our mission is to create 1 million jobs, of which 100k are targeted to be created by alumni companies launched in Brazil.

JUPTER operates acceleration programs, incubates startups & invests in early stage companies. This is while in the search for the algorithms & protocols that govern the Startup Development Lifecycle via the development of a Startup Operating System aimed at helping companies achieve product-market-fit while drastically reducing the startup mortality rate.

Who Should Apply?

This program focuses on founders instead of ideas. If you are planning to build a global company, and you're talented and motivated enough to build a tech or tech-enabled company, then we want to hear from you. This includes aspiring founders with a full-time job, solo founders, teams, and founders of established companies that are pre-funding.

To qualify for the program, you must complete your application below.
