Considering how many entrepreneurs have graduated from the Founder Institute’s premier program, it was only a matter of time before some of them started bumping into each other.

In a recent episode of Graham Mann’s podcast (who is a Graduate of the Montreal Founder Institute), he talked with Greg Jarrett, the founder and CEO of STACK.aero (a Graduate of the Sydney Founder Institute), and discussed a range of topics that aspiring entrepreneurs would find useful, including what it’s like working in small companies, coming up with startup ideas, how the Founder Institute helped them launch their startups, and the co-founder relationship, of which Greg had this to say:

When things get tough...The only person who is truly going to understand it is you or your partner or your co-founder or whoever you shared the business problems with and the challenges. So the responsibility there is on is on me the founder to involve that person and share everything with them along that journey.
