VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator from the Founder Institute, just published Cornerstone, a free legal template to form venture capital funds.
Cornerstone is a lightweight and easy to use Limited Partner Agreement (LPA) that reduces the need for high priced fund formation attorneys. The LPA is signed by General Partners, who make the investments, and Limited Partners, who invest in the funds.
An LPA is the operating agreement of venture capital, describing how the fund operates, what the fund invests in and how money is made and shared between the various signatories. You can access Cornerstone at the new VC Lab website, GoVCLab.com.
