The Austin Founder Institute is excited to partner with an organization that shares our goal of fostering a strong local startup ecosystem: SXSW, a national conglomerate of film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas. Through the SXSW Fellowship, everyone from the SXSW community is invited to apply to the Austin Founder Institute for free, and the best overall applicant from the community will receive a Fellowship to participate in the program for free as well ($999 USD value).
In order to be eligible for the SXSW Fellowship for the Austin 2017 Semester, you must complete your application, be accepted to the program, and submit your payment by the Final Admissions Deadline (2017-10-15), using this link.
The recipient of the SXSW Fellowship will be awarded and notified within 5 days after the Final Admissions Deadline, and they will receive a full refund on their Course Fee within 1 week of the program start date.
The SXSW Fellowship is awarded to the most extraordinary entrepreneur applicant from the SXSW Community, giving them the opportunity to participate in the Austin Founder Institute for free.
