The New York Founder Institute is proud of our long-standing partnership with Next Jump, a company that provides tools, resources, and training to help improve workplace culture in companies of all shapes and sizes. Next Jump’s mission to change the world through changing workplace culture aligns with the Founder Institute’s dedication to helping entrepreneurs launch enduring tech startups.
Next Jump was just included in the recently released book by the Harvard Business Review, An Everyone Culture: Becoming a Deliberately Developmental Organization by Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey. The book examines three leading companies, one of which is Next Jump, that are regarded as "Deliberately Developmental Organizations", and how each of these companies have fostered a developmental culture in their own organizations.
In the book, Next Jump is examined and lauded as a company that has fashioned an organizational culture in which support of people's development is woven into the daily fabric of working life and the company's regular operations, daily routines, and conversations.
The book is on sale now, and can be purchased here.
