As is to be expected with any new business, the Institute experienced a couple outages over the last two days.
First, the custom developed personality test had some hiccups on Monday and part of Tuesday. While most issues have been fixed, applicants still need to complete the test as quickly as possible, since the user session will time out and then show an error. Once you login and start the test, please power through and the complete it as quickly as possible. Testers should note that, if you go back to a test page after completing it, the test results will appear blank, but your answers are stored.
Second, the Institute website was sporadically down for the afternoon of Tuesday, May 12th. The hosting company was doing some server memory upgrades that affected the site, and we are looking at ways to avoid further downtime in the future.
The good news is that all test data has been retained and the site is now working fine. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
