Anil Pillai’s background is extensive, spanning across 27 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, technology innovation, customer engagement and experience strategies. He is a certified coach in Neuroscience Performance, a consultant for the largest Asian and Fortune 500 companies, and he has embarked on quite some ventures: he was the Founder of rapidEffect Ltd, a technology enterprise that was one of India’s earliest organizations in creating IP and products in real time and enterprise analytics, he is one of the individual Founding members of the CXPA (a global body of Customer Experience Professionals), a mentor for the ATAL innovation Program (a Government of India program to drive and incubate innovation in schools), and a mentor to incubation and angel funded companies (Indian Institute of Management (IIM-A)- Economic Times (ET), Incubator).
Dr. Pillai is a mentor, coach and consultant for the young Indian generations of entrepreneurs in one of the fastest growing economies in the world. He comes to Bucharest to deliver the Neuromarketing Masterclass on Customer Experience and Loyalty, on the 22nd and 23rd of November.
