As an affiliated member of VentureSouth, he works closely with other established angel networks in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and more. He is also serves as Vice President of Talent and Operations at Broadtree Partners, LLC, overseeing strategic initiatives in a hybrid capacity from the Charleston, South Carolina area. 

  •  Herbert L. Drayton III - Managing Partner  at HI Mark Capital -  A seasoned venture capitalist and investor focused on AI-enabled solutions and diverse founders, he is a Managing Partner at HI Mark Capital, where he leads investment strategy, sources AI SaaS models, and drives innovation and growth through strategic partnerships and capital deployment. 

  •  Jess O'Brien - Executive Director at  Beaufort Digital Corridor & Director at Founder Institute South Carolina -  A seasoned digital marketing leader. She has successfully navigated companies of all scales, from SMBs to national franchises. With a passion for nurturing startups and fostering tech talent, she has made significant contributions to the Beaufort Digital Corridor, where she currently serves as the Executive Director. 

  •  Gary Baldwin - Co-Founder at Medical Access Partners - A driven, results-oriented technology entrepreneur with a proven track record of leading successful startups and achieving multiple exits. He possesses a deep background in software and technology and has extensive experience on Boards of Directors in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Throughout his career, Gary has demonstrated the ability to grow, motivate, and lead teams to develop, launch, and dominate the market with technology-based products
