With over a decade of experience in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), she co-founded inc.lude, offering DEI training and consulting services to businesses and organizations. Stella is also an accomplished writer, translator, and facilitator, specializing in gender issues, social change, and inclusion, with multiple published books and a strong presence in Greek media.
- Maria Nikolakaki Koletsou - Founder at Blossom Ventures - A distinguished entrepreneur and the Founder of Blossom Ventures, where she leverages her extensive expertise in angel investing, startup founding, and strategic fund raising. Since January 2024, Maria has led Blossom Ventures in supporting female-led ventures across various sectors, driving innovation and growth. Previously, Maria co-founded Novus Finance, a trailblazing firm in investor relations, where she played a crucial role in raising over €3 billion.
