Do you have a startup, or an idea for a startup? During this live and interactive online event, 2-3 Founder Institute alumni will pitch their companies to investors for feedback on how to make their pitches more attractive for investors. After the alumni pitches, you can watch the audience make elevator pitches, or you can make an elevator pitch for your startup or your startup idea to the panel of investors for feedback.
Founder Institute Alumni Pitches (please note they will be getting feedback on how to improve their pitches from the panel):
- Mustafa Momin, Founder, Palki Motors (Bangladesh): Built his first electric vehicle while in the FI program. Raised USD 1.8 million. USD 1 million is a grant from UAE government, which he won in a competition
- Heshan J. Peiris, Founder, KReader (Sri Lanka): Went from having an idea for an e-reader to receiving a Spiralation grant, winning prize money from Stanford Seed Spark pitch competition, and multiple translation grants from global publishing companies
- Ashar B. Saeed, Founder, KytherTek (Pakistan): Pitched customers to go from MVP stage to 2000 Units worth of B2B deals
