About The Mentors (Speakers)
Radin Ikram is no stranger to success as an entrepreneur and a coach. He specializes in getting the best out of SME business owners & busy business executives.
Radin is also an experienced manager and trainer and has a successful track record in operations management, management training and team building, both in his own companies and in the corporate market.
Leaving a lucrative 14 years career with an international MNC, he started on his entrepreneurial journey by starting his own medical consultancy business that he run with his wife. After 4 successful years as a business owner, he took on the challenge of sharing his knowledge with other small business owners and helping them to fulfill their dreams. Within this new capacity he utilizes his wealth of experience as a coach as well as his ability to lead a team with passion and heart.
As an operations manager, his major accomplishments include the transfer of manufacturing operations from USA, Europe and Asia to Penang, Malaysia.
He also led the development and setting up of full manufacturing and supply chain system infrastructure to support the order fulfillment processes of the transferred products. His leadership enabled the operations to ship in excess of US$500M/year within 30 months from start-up.
As a Business trainer, he is an associate member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and has many years of experiences in providing training and coaching for new managers as well as problem solving and decision making techniques. He was also the local course leader for MIM for Diploma in Supervisory Management (DISM), Diploma in Management Program (DIMP) and Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (BBBA) programs.
Having lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, USA and UK has given him an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses in urban and rural areas, whether they be small or large organizations. His passion is coaching people and he has successfully coached teams in service, support as well as building operations systems. He now
call Penang home and is happily married to his wife and business partner, Dr. Rosita Ramli. He is blessed with four sons, born and raised on the "Pearl of the Orient".
Radin a passion for sports and travel and an innate skill in bringing out the best in the people he works with. I believe that, "Being in business should give you more life! " and he is having the best time of his life.

Li Chau Ging was former engineer in SONY, and he founded CG Computers in 1995. Currently he is the Managing Director at Switch (CG Computers Sdn Bhd).
