It's our 2nd Founder's Day Out this summer - This time we’re partnering with gBeta Houston! Do you have a startup, or a strong idea for a startup? Could you use blunt, honest feedback on your startup ideas? At this live event you can casually meet with experts as well as pitch your ideas in a crowd of Houston startup investors, founders, mentors and others. Strike up a conversation and casually (and quickly) pitch your idea/company! Even if you don't want to pitch, you are invited to mingle with the crowd, hear various startup ideas, as well as meet local startup thought leaders and entrepreneurs. Come for Lunch, OH's & Open Coworking, and Happy Hour at the Bravery Chef Hall in Downtown Houston.

Who Pitches?

Attendees are encouraged to casually pitch their companies and ideas to others in the crowd. To prepare, work on your one sentence pitch at http://fi.co/madlibs, and pre-submit your pitch at . Once you've nailed this, go ahead and time yourself to prepare a 1 minute "elevator" pitch - this HubSpot blog may help (https://blog.hubspot.com/sales/elevator-pitch-examples). It's important to be clear and quick!

Spectators are welcome!

Even if you don't want to pitch, you are invited to register, mix & mingle, hear startup ideas, meet mentors and local experienced founders, and enjoy spending time with other entrepreneurs.
