As Executive Director, Operations at ESATAL (TDB Group), and a Non‑Executive Director at Kigali International Financial Centre, she brings deep expertise in structuring equity, private debt, and venture vehicles across the continent. A dedicated angel investor (co-founder of Business Angels Rwanda and active member of Nairobi and Jozi Angels), Umulinga combines practical investing insight with a passion for empowering early-stage founders. Fluent in multiple languages and a CFA charterholder, she’s uniquely positioned to inspire and guide the next generation of African startups.
