This Global Networking Summit is a VIP private event, exclusively for enrolled Founders and Alumni of the Founder Institute - join to learn from top startup mentors and network with entrepreneur peers from around the globe. This event will kickoff with a short talk and AMA session featuring Ernest Yap, Sales and Partnerships Lead at Rewatt Power, focused on early-stage startup product and sales strategy. Then there will be a fun, interactive networking session where you can join group video chats, organized around startup topics and geographic regions, and connect with others from across the FI global network.

About the Guest Speaker: Ernest Yap
Ernest Yap is Sales & Partnerships Lead, Rewatt Power. He is passionate in building meaningful ventures, especially in renewable energy transition - a 3X tech entrepreneur, Ernest is known for being decisive in ambiguous circumstances and building teams up to 30 people. He has a track record of proven team leadership in building software for carbon offset trading, credit card adjudication, computer vision, and mobile navigation. As a global sales manager, Ernest has generated >$15M in 6 years ($100k-$500k deal size).
Additionally, as founder of the web and mobile agency Shapetrace, Ernest is a 2014 Alumni of the Founder Institute Toronto, and today is among the top FI global mentors in the world, having been named a 2022 regional winner of the Global Startup Mentor Awards in the category of 'Top Grad Turned Mentor'.
