  • Aram Melkoumov - CEO and Co-Founder at Crowdinker: Aram is the CEO and Co-Founder of a Toronto-based product consultancy that produces world-class design, development, and strategy for mobile, web, and other emerging technologies. Aram is passionate about innovation and digital transformation potential across industries and takes his unique perspective to support and guide companies through their next product opportunities. He is also a mentor at Founder Institute.

  • Clémence Wassen - Product manager at Crowdinker: Clémence has a background in psychology, UX, project and product management, delivery, operational and marketing strategy. She is the in-house expert at Crowdlinker on the intersectional field of product-led growth. At Crowdlinker, she has led projects such as the development of the Sessionz project (user generated events app), and the entire product lifecycle of a social start-up in the music industry. She is currently leading the discovery phase for a financial education platform pivot.

  • Urszula Dobrowolska - Product manager at Crowdinker: Urszula began her academic journey at York University, where she earned a BA in English. However, her passion for graphic design led her back to school, to delve deep into Advertising and Graphic Design. In her first role as a Website Designer at St. Joseph's Media, the world of web development captivated her. She promptly enrolled in a HackerYou bootcamp (now Juno College), where she gained proficiency in the fundamentals of coding. Combining her newfound coding skills with her design sensibilities, Urszula smoothly transitioned into a role managing website projects. Currently, Urszula serves as a Product Manager with expertise in Web Development at Crowdlinker. With almost three years at Crowdlinker, she has contributed to a multitude of projects and has gained expertise across various industries.
