In addition, you can see an inspiring talk by Charlotte Aschim (FI Alum, CEO & Founder of TotalCtrl, a top global digital retail innovation company that helps grocery retailers optimize their operations, cut costs and reduce food waste). Learn about some of the pre-seed companies that will go onto seed-accelerators, raise funding, and build the next great Food Ecosystems startups. Charlotte Aschim is the CEO & Founder of TotalCtrl, a top global digital retail innovation company that helps grocery retailers optimize their operations, cut costs and reduce food waste. Since late 2017, Charlotte has managed to make major milestones with TotalCtrl which include achieving rankings alongside Amazon and Walmart, becoming one of Europe's most inspiring food waste changemakers, and also receiving a personal invite from the crown prince of Norway for her contributions in society and becoming the first Norwegian Food Mentor.
