Join us for this "Mastering Startup Operations" event where we will dig into what startup operations means, including how to optimize best practices in Human Resources (HR), and pitfalls to avoid, featuring special guests from AbstractOps.
About the Guests:
Adam Spector is a 3x founder, COO, and 40x Seed Angel Investor, having invested in exited companies that include Datalogue, August Smart Lock and more. As the Chief Operations Officer at AbstractOps, Adam and his team “abstracts away” business operations through their operations platform so that Founders and Executives can focus on what matters to them most: product and sales. Join us as Adam shares his expertise to help you with your startup logistics and answers your questions.
Jessica Wallen will also be joining us offering her expertise as an HR Expert. Jessica is the Director of Human Resources at Wurl where she has built the HR department from the ground-up with a focus on scaling processes and implementing strategy, including talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, and training, collaborating with global teams on hiring, training, employer brand strategy, performance management, employee engagement and wellness.
