Businesses need products or services as well as customers. To make sure you are building the right product, you want to get detailed customer feedback from the minimum investment in product. The way to do this is to develop a mockup, detailed drawing or outline. Customers can then give you detailed feedback on features, helping you make sure you are building the right things in the right order ... and allowing you to further validate if you should even build the product in the first place.
