Welcome to the Onboarding Sprint of the Startup Co-Founder Bootcamp! To hit the ground running, you can begin working on the Onboarding deliverables prior to the Kickoff session. Good luck, and let’s help you make progress on your entrepreneurial journey.
Set the foundation for the bootcamp by discovering your Entrepreneur DNA, learning the essentials of co-founder dynamics, and networking with potential co-founders matched to your profile. Following the session, you have to complete the Kickoff Sprint.
Explore how your personal strengths align with your startup vision and define clear co-founder roles to maximize collaboration. Meet your potential matches in groups and 1-on-1 setup.
Discuss working styles with potential matches, learn the fundamentals of equity splits, and learn conflict resolution strategies to ensure a successful partnership.
It's time to select a match and explore a potential co-founder relationship. Over the next two weeks, you'll collaborate on a short project designed to assess compatibility and working styles.
Wrap up the co-founder bootcamp by sharing experiences from the test projects and summarizing key learnings. Leave with either a solid co-founder partnership or a shortlist of potential matches to explore further.
