Ideation Bootcamp
At the Founder Institute, you won't "learn" how to build a business. Rather, you will build your business alongside top startup experts using a proven, structured process that has helped some of the world's fastest growing companies raise over $1.85BN.
Our core program includes a series of challenging growth sprints, in addition to Weekly Feedback Sessions where you will receive constant feedback on your progress from experienced Mentors and Investors.

The Final Application Deadline for the Ideation Bootcamp program is Feb 02, 2025, and you can apply to the program at FI.co/join.
When you enroll in the Ideation Bootcamp, you can begin onboarding right away with a structured, guided process. This journey starts with a self-assessment of your Entrepreneur DNA profile, followed by an exploration of the Entrepreneurial Mindset.
Kickoff & Ideation is a live, interactive session with an FI Mentor designed to introduce you to the bootcamp, outline what to expect over the next four weeks, and explore ideation techniques together. Following the session, you’ll have one week to complete the first Sprint.
This Sprint focuses on defining the Market Opportunity. You'll follow a structured process to identify your One Problem and One Customer while exploring the market potential of your startup idea. Note that there is no live session this week.
The Customer Validation Sprint starts with a live, interactive Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with an FI Mentor, providing an opportunity to get your questions answered. Come prepared with your own questions or join to listen and learn from the insights shared with others in the Ideation Bootcamp. This sprint focuses on refining your One Problem and One Customer while building a compelling Validation Pitch.
This week is dedicated to finalizing and recording your Validation Pitch. You have five days to complete this Sprint, which is shorter than usual. Submit your recording within the deadline for a chance to pitch in front of FI Mentors at the Final Pitching Event. Note that there is no live session this week.
Congratulations on making it to the final week of the Ideation Bootcamp! The Final Pitching Event will feature the top founders from the bootcamp who will pitch their startup ideas to a panel of FI Mentors. In this final Sprint, you can find your next steps to advance your startup journey if you choose to move forward.
