We received news that two graduates of the Jakarta Founder Institute, Stilomo and ifetcha, have just received funding from undisclosed angel investors today.
Stilomo is a mobile application which allows users to get promo only by sharing information to their social media. Founded by Stanley Octavian, Rebecca Agiestha, and Nick Yudha, Stilomo tries to solve problems faced by many small business owners, marketing their business to potential customers, by providing a mobile platform to share their promo and discount.
ifetcha is a mobile application that helps users connect and interact with new people around them. The startup is targeting 91 million single Indonesians and those who are looking for new friends. The application utilizes location-based capabilities and features fun, social and gaming elements. At ifetcha, users will be able to exchange virtual goods to enrich their friendship and courting experience. ifetcha was founded by Muhammad Ikram, Yady Guitana, and Jidesh Veeramachaneni.
These funding marked the successful semester of the Jakarta Founder Institute since both graduates received funding in less than three months after their graduation. Two other graduates are currently in intense discussion with potential angels, hopefully to close soon. Congratulations to all founders!
