Michelle Zatlyn is Co-founder and COO of Cloudflare (~$11 billion market valuation), a leading Internet security, performance, and reliability company that was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 List, selected by the Wall Street Journal as the Most Innovative Internet Technology Company for two successive years, and named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. Before co-founding Cloudflare, Michelle held positions at Google and Toshiba and launched two successful startups. She holds a BS degree, with distinction, from McGill University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was awarded the Dubliner Prize for Entrepreneurship. Michelle has been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, one of the Top 15 Women to Watch in Tech by Inc. magazine, and a 40 Under 40 leader by San Francisco Business Times. She was also featured as one of the Women Who Rule Silicon Valley in an issue of ELLE magazine.

Shawn Abbott

Shawn has over 25 years of experience building and investing in Internet and technology companies. Shawn currently serves as a director on the boards of Drivewyze, Top Hat, WorkFusion, Bench, Swept, CoolIT, Peraso, Solium, and Olameter. Prior to inovia capital, he pioneered internet security as CTO, then President, of publicly-traded security powerhouse Rainbow Technologies. In this role, he saw the company grow tenfold in profitability before being sold to SafeNet for nearly a half-billion dollars. He previously founded, built, and then sold the AND Group, an early encryption-based eCommerce success used on millions of CDs. Shawn holds an early patent as an inventor of the USB key, has taught software design courses internationally, and has presented at more than one hundred conferences on digital security and entrepreneurship.

Mahendra Ramsinghani

Founder @Secure Octane & Author @ Startup Boards, Business of Venture Capital

Mahendra Ramsinghani has invested in over fifty pre-seed and seed-stage companies. He is the Founder of Secure Octane - a cybersecurity seed fund based in San Francisco bay area. Formerly, as Director - Venture Capital Initiatives for Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Mahendra led the legislation for two Fund-of-Fund programs that deploy $200+ million in VC funds Michigan. He is also the co-author of "Startup Boards" book (Wiley, 2014) with VC and author Brad Feld, and author of The Business of Venture Capital. Additionally, Mahendra is an active contributor to TechCrunch. Mahendra's background includes a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and MBA with a major in Marketing & Finance.
