The 13th Founder Showcase, which took place on Wednesday, March 27th, featured one of the closest competitions in Founder Showcase history, both in numbers and friendship. Realty Mogul and Embarke, both Southern California Founder Institute graduates and TechStars alumni, dominated their respective heats and impressed onlookers with their innovative concepts. After a nail-biting final voting round, the judges awarded Realty Mogul as the 13th Founder Showcase champion.

Owning the stage is nothing new for Realty Mogul CEO, Jilliene Helman, who recently won the HATCH Pitch Competition at SXSW and secured her first round of funding from Gust CEO David S. Rose, Gordon Stephenson and serial entrepreneur Sky Kruse. With the $500k seed round, the startup was able to launch their full product and is currently operating in Los Angeles and Washington with plans to expand to additional domestic markets later this year.

Rip Empson of TechCrunch covered Realty Mogul’s win, which you can check out here. For now, be sure to watch the video below and see Jilliene in action as she delivers a nearly flawless pitch.
