After keeping you all in suspense for a few days, we continue on with the announcements of our Judges for the upcoming Founder Showcase. Joining David Hornik and Katherine Barr on stage with our judging panel will be Noah Doyle of Javelin Venture Partners.
Noah is currently a Managing Director at Javelin Venture Partners and over the past 20 years has founded, launched and grown dozens of high technology products and companies. He most recently directed the enterprise product line for Google’s geospatial products, Google Earth and Google Maps. Prior to his work at Google, Noah managed the Marketing Strategy and Corporate Development functions at Keyhole, Inc., the venture capital backed company that created the first Web-hosted digital earth model and was acquired by Google in 2004. Prior to Keyhole, Noah helped establish the Internet loyalty rewards marketplace as a co-founder of MyPoints.com, the largest Internet loyalty program with over 6 million active members, where he led product management and business development functions from the company's inception through an initial public offering and subsequent acquisition by United Airlines.
Joining Noah, Katherine, and David will be two additional judges which we will announce later this week. At the event the Judges will help us launch several early-stage startups to greatness as they evaluate and provide feedback for participants of the Pitch Competition, Demo Table, and CrowdPitch Competition.
The 12th Founder Showcase is scheduled to take place on November 7th in San Francisco, and in addition to the entertaining pitch competitions, guests will also hear talks from keynote speakers David Sacks (Founder & CEO of Yammer) and Justin Moore (Founder & CEO of Axcient). Don’t miss out on what promises to be a memorable event, and quite possibly, our best Showcase yet.
