The fast pace of the startup environment easily consumes founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs.  With the holidays upon us however, it's time to take a step back and remind ourselves of all the things that we have to be thankful for. Whether it's that one employee who shows up early with a smile on their face and makes a great pot of coffee, or that angel investor, injecting life into your project, we depend on others and others depend on us. It's easy to lose sight of these mutually reinforcing factors, especially in a business environment.

All too often, the amount of hard work that goes into success, and successful companies, gets overlooked. With high expectations in a fast paced environment, the efforts of every team member can go unnoticed; however this holiday season, be sure to take some time to thank all your supporters - afterall, it's your team that makes your business possible.

With that said, we at the Founder Institute, we give thanks to all the Founders, Mentors, and Partners that form the lifeblood of our program in cities across the globe. Our courageous Founders support each other in their quest to build something great, our Mentors take time out of their busy schedules to help the next crop of startups blossom, and our Partners generously provide the necessary capital, space, and services that bring it all together.

Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication and Happy Thanksgiving!
