The Switzerland Founder Institute, the local chapter of the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, is proud to announce the newest Alumni from the Switzerland Spring 2025 program.
After meticulous selection process and intense four months of aggressive business-building sprints, constant evaluation, and feedback from investors and mentors, just 13 companies were able to make it through.
Each of these Founders have demonstrated a high level of perseverance and creativity, and their businesses have been thoroughly vetted and supported by a panel of Switzerland's top startup experts and investors.

- Weather It Is - Delivering precise crop-yield forecasts, empowering agricultural commodity brokers to confidently support financial payouts, driving increased food productivity and sustainability.
- hrtechventures by Viktoria Szalontai - Building Aspirio, a talent management platform where companies can acquire talent tokens that represent employee capabilities and tasks, integrated with dApps and digital twins.
- Truebrand - Helping companies and their supply chains achieve sustainability goals through an online platform that aligns suppliers with sector-specific ESG requirements.
- Omnia - Offering an AI-driven portal that guides employers through proven methodologies like constellation and systemic work, reducing burnout and workplace toxicity at scale.
- Choose & Cheers - Creating a subscription service that gives wedding planners instant access to venue offers and availability, eliminating out time-consuming email exchanges.
- Finexov - Developing an AI-powered software that leverages R&D data to identify public funding opportunities and streamline optimized application processes.
- Feelbox - A collaborative emotional gifting platform where participants create personalized, immersive digital experiences, turning shared moments into a multiday emotional journey.
- MaiTax - Simplifying tax filing for busy Swiss professionals by processing financial documents and providing ready-to-use data for completing their tax returns or using tax software.
- RobotiFAI - Developing an AI-powered, fully autonomous end-to-end finance solution for medium-sized businesses, offering a comprehensive approach that automates all financial processes.

After Graduation, the new Switzerland Founder Institute Portfolio Companies now have a fast-growing company that has been fully validated by experienced startup founders, with access to the Founder Institute's global network and post-graduate support programs to continue building their business.
