We're humbled to learn that the Founder Institute won a Flashie for Seattle "Newcomer of the Year" at the 2010 TechFlash Flashies last night. More than 10,000 votes were cast across the annual award show's 15 categories. The Flashies is billed as Seattle's "Oscars of the local tech community." Read the recap of the award show here.
The Founder Institute entered Seattle last Winter and graduated 16 technology companies, and this Winter's semester just started and has over 25 strong candidates.
We'd like to thank Chris Early, Dave Parker, Roy Leban, and all the graduates and founders - and we look forward to growing the Founder Institute in Seattle!
