Vibease, the world's first wearable smart vibrator, has been named a finalist for the 2013 Crunchies Awards, a show co-hosted by GigaOM, TechCrunch and VentureBeat to celebrate the best tech accomplishments of 2013. Vibease and it's Co-Founder, Dema Tio, are Graduates of the Singapore Founder Institute.
Vibease was selected as one of five finalists in the "Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Category", alongside tech giants like Netflix, Tinder, Vine, and Candy Crush Saga.
Vibease has been on quite a run recently. This past summer they crushed their $15,000 fundraising goal on Indiegogo by raising $130,425, and they were featured across a ton of major media channels as well. Anthony Ha of TechCrunch wrote about them in an article titled "Crowdfunding Reaches Its Terrible, Glorious Climaz With 'Smart Vibrator' Vibease".
The Crunchies Awards Ceremony be held on Monday February 10, 2014 at 7:30 pm at the Louise M Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco.
