InTheDoor.com, a social job search site that aggregates job listings and shows users opportunities where they have inside connections, was featured today in BusinessInsider. The company, and its Founder & CEO Liz Carlson, are Graduates of the Silicon Valley Founder Institute.

According to BI, "When you’re competing against 14 million unemployed workers across the country, you’re going to need any edge you can get. That’s where the developing venture InTheDoor.com comes in. It’s a job discovery tool powered by Facebook that takes advantage of a user’s social network."

Since launching in beta last April, In The Door has attracted several thousand users, and over 200 paying customers. The site remains completely free for job-hunters.
