FI Grad ContractIQ, who has been catching the media's attention recently, was featured last week in the India Economic Times. The article, “How Chennai’s ContractIQ is drawing up a huge vendor’s list of software/app outsourcing”, highlights the growing company’s unique services.

ContractIQ and its Founder Ashwin Ramasamy are Graduates of the Singapore Founder Institute.

Started in 2012 as a marketplace for engineering studios that build mobile products for startups and enterprises, ContractIQ has been evolving into a matchmaker of sorts for its database of 10,000 software developers and 130 clients. By analyzing and constructing patterns from their developer information, ContractIQ can determine the best choice for the customers and the customer’s specific needs.

ContractIQ wants to make things simple. To ensure a solid match between bidder and buyer, they first issue a questionnaire to the potential customer to gauge their desired requirements. Then, an algorithm in place helps to further narrow down quality vendors. After a bidder and buyer are connected, ContractIQ’s team joins in to ensure transparency on both sides--a method that has resulted in 95% transaction success so far.

With a focus on excellent customer experience, ContractIQ’s has been making a name for themselves in the Indian App development market.
