Running any company has its ups and downs. Every morning when you wake up, there may be something great, or not so great, waiting for your attention.
A few hours ago, we woke up and discovered a system glitch which inadvertently emailed some contacts in our database the same message several times.
Not so great.
We immediately found and fixed the glitch, so the issue was isolated to just a few hundred people. But this was still a very large inconvenience to many of our contacts, and nobody likes having their inbox filled with duplicate messages.
We would like to express our sincere apologies to those affected.
It will not happen again.
