With a diverse private equity advising and business lending background, Darryl has helped high-net-worth investors make informed investments across North America. He has personally invested in several B2B startups spanning various sectors such as marketing, automotive, and blockchain.

  • John Colgan - Venture Investor at VC Investor: John Colgan is a generalist investor who invests in public and private markets with a focus on technology. In addition to investing, he advises early-stage companies with focuses ranging from generative AI software development to pet food formulated with invasive species. In a prior life, John practiced law, most recently for Google where he spent over a decade litigating global intellectual property and competition law disputes. He earned his B.S. in General Engineering and minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.

  • Mimi Park - Deal Partner at Ganas Ventures: Mimi Park is a Deal Partner at Ganas Ventures. She is also the founder of Instamommies, an on-demand platform focusing on the needs of parents. She worked for the major wirehouses Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, UBS, and ING, managing a portfolio of $600M, before joining the startup world in Silicon Valley. Her education includes an M.B.A. and a dual B.Sc. in Microbiology & Chemistry, and being graduate of Founder Institute Silicon Valley.
