As the conversation evolves panel after panel, we're uncovering a theme of authenticity. How does a woman be her authentic self in a workplace build for men, by men?

Often times women believe that they have to be a certain way to succeed in a man's world. Is this story women are telling themselves true? What are we not seeing which keeps us divided on the issue?

Hear from a panel of men AND women on:

  • What does authentic female behavior in the workplace look like? And how is it seen by male counterparts?

  • What unconscious behaviors perpetuate the idea of a "man's world"?

  • What changes can be made so more women feel comfortable showing their authentic selves?

  • What are actionable takeaways to improve the workplace for all?
