Do you want to start your own technology company, but don't know where to begin? You are not alone. Every day millions of people go to jobs they don't enjoy, but few do something about it. At the "Employee to Entrepreneur" event, you can hear the stories, tips, and best practices of those who left their jobs to pursue their own startup company. Listen to the experiences of people just like you that have made the transition, and discuss any questions or concerns that you have. Afterwards, attendees will have an opportunity to network with other aspiring entrepreneurs and share their ideas for feedback.

Torrey Smith - CEO and CO-founder of Endiatx: Torrey is the brain behind Endiatx - a tiny camera in a pill that can help over 220 million people worldwide get a simple checkup for their stomach without leaving home. He has an Aerospace Engineering background and is also a distinguished graduate of the Founder Institute Silicon Valley 2019 chapter.
- Charlotte Aschim - CEO and Co-founder of TotalCtrl: Charlotte is a global retail innovator who redefines grocery retail by optimizing operations, reducing costs, and combatting food waste. Since late 2017, Charlotte has propelled TotalCtrl to the top industry rankings alongside giants like Amazon and Walmart. She's an inspiring food waste changemaker in Europe, with a personal invite from the crown prince of Norway for her societal contributions, and she holds the distinction of being Norway's first Food Mentor. Charlotte is also a graduate from Founder Institute Oslo 2018 chapter.
